Who We Are:

On-the-Go Toys is owned and operated by Cheryl Michel, a local mom. Having three young children, I understand the challenges facing active families. I'd like to help provide a level of comfort to small children in temporary settings, and ease the stresses on their caretakers, regardless of circumstances or budgets. On-the-Go Toys is committed to providing personal and professional service at reasonable prices to all families.

Our Services:

Rentals
Choose to rent by the day or week. Your item(s) will be delivered clean and fully assembled right to your door, and On-the-Go Toys will pick them up once your rental term is over.

Gift Basket Sales
COMING SOON!

We deliver all items right to your door. Delivery is FREE when a minimum order total is met.

Service Areas:

Currently, On-the-Go Toys delivers within Hillsborough, Pasco & Pinellas counties, Florida.

Gift baskets, Halloween costumes and the CARES harness can be shipped nationwide.

Hours of Operation:

Currently, deliveries and pickups may be scheduled as follows:

Monday - Thursday, 9am-12pm
Friday, 6pm-8pm
Saturday, 7am-10am

As a stay-at-home mom, I do my best to accommodate all of my customers' schedules while also maintaining an active life with my kids. For this reason, there may be variations in available delivery dates. If you have any questions about available delivery dates or times, please do not hesisate to contact us.

Our Products

Standards & Safety
All of our products are purchased in new or gently used condition and are inspected for quality and safety.
All of our products are inspected for lead paint. We will not rent / sell items known to contain lead-based paint.
We purchase only current products from well known manufacturers.
We frequently check the Consumer Products Safety Commission website for recall information. We will immediately remove any recalled items from our inventory.

Cleaning Methods
Whether you are renting or buying, rest assured you will receive a clean product. Our cleaning methods are as follows:

For hard surfaces (plastics, wood, metals): These are wiped down with Clorox santizing wipes and / or Clorox cleaning spray with bleach
For soft surfaces (fabric covers): Surface will be cleaned with soapy water. If fabric is soiled or smelly, it will be washed in mild detergent.
For bedding: Bedding is laundered using a mild detergent. Upon request, a hypo-allergenic detergent and softener may be used instead.

Manuals
A user manual is provided with each item. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read each manual for proper usage and care of the equipment. If you should have any questions regarding the instructions or need further assistance in setting up or using your items, please contact us.
