We currently offer delivery to all areas within Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties, Florida.
Delivery Fees
Delivery and pickup is free with a minimum order of $50 (before tax). For orders under $50, delivery will be $10.
We deliver all items right to your door. Customer pickup is not available. The CARES harness can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. for a flat rate of $9.50.

A credit card number is required as security deposit on all rental orders, regardless of payment method.
Deposits and Fees Security Deposit If you are not satisfied with a product you have rented from On-the-Go Toys, please notify us within 1 business day of the start of your rental term to cancel the remainder of your rental term and receive a full refund for the rented cost of the Equipment, minus any delivery or shipping fees. 1-day rentals are NOT entitled to cancellations or refunds. On-the-Go Toys use of personal information that you may submit to On-the-Go Toys through this Web site is governed by the On-the-Go Toys Privacy Policy. On-the-Go Toys charges 7% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site, based on the state sales tax rate.
A valid US credit card number is required as security deposit on all rental orders. This may be used toward any additional rent amounts owed for damage or loss to the Equipment.
Advance Rental Deposit (2 weeks or more in advance)
To reserve your item(s) 2 weeks or more prior to your preferred delivery date, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required. Your item(s) will not be held until the deposit is received. This deposit will then be applied toward your rental charges due before the item(s) is delivered.
Late Return
If Renter returns the Equipment after the date the rental period ends, Renter will pay a rental charge equal to daily rental rate of each item, per day, for each day or partial day beyond the end of the rental period until the Equipment is returned. On-the-Go Toys is authorized to deduct these charges from the credit card number used as deposit.
Damage or Loss
Renter will return the Equipment in good condition. If the Equipment is damaged while in Renter's possession, Renter will be responsible for the cost of repair, up to the current value of the Equipment. If Equipment is returned badly soiled, a $10 cleaning fee will be charged. If the Equipment is lost while in Renter's possession, Renter will pay On-the-Go Toys its current value.
Value of Equipment
Equipment value is equal to the cost of 3 weeks' rental rate for each item.
Return Policy
Use of Equipment
Renter acknowledges that use of the Equipment creates some risk of personal injury to Renter and third parties, as well as a risk of damage to property, and Renter expressly assumes that risk. Renter therefore agrees to use the Equipment safely and only in the manner for which it is intended to be used. On-the-Go Toys is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from Renter's misuse, unsafe use, or reckless use of the Equipment.
